- Build practical, hands-on skills grounded in a solid understanding of the basics.
- Create your own prompt templates (for emails, notes, reports, and more).
- Master the key features: web search, Deep Research, image and voice tools, Canvas.
- Use personalization: memory, GPTs, projects, and integrations (Google Drive, Gmail).
Course content
Example program outline for 1 day. Content is adaptable - we always personalize course content to the client's needs.
- What is AI, an LLM, and ChatGPT?
- Case Study: real-world examples of successful AI adoption in office work.
- Short-Term Memory (Context Window) - how ChatGPT remembers the beginning of a conversation, what its limits are, and how to structure longer conversations so the AI stays on track.
- Security and Privacy from A to Z - where does your data go? What is Temporary Chat? What information should never be shared? Security levels depending on your account type. Safe usage guidelines.
- Plan comparison (Free, Plus, Pro, Team) - what do you get with a paid plan? A quick overview of pricing, limits, and features.
- Workshop: context window limits in practice - searching within a short text vs. a very long document.
- The anatomy of a great prompt - discover 4 key elements: Role, Context, Task, Format (RCTF), which lead to more precise and useful responses.
- Advanced prompting techniques (e.g., Chain of Density, Plan and Solve, Decision Tree) and tools to help you generate better prompts.
- How to avoid common mistakes - examples of bad prompts and how to fix them.
- Ready-to-use prompt templates - you'll get a set of "plug-and-play" templates for emails, summaries, reports, research, social media posts, and more.
- Mini-Project: Using the RCTF framework, create a prompt to solve a real problem from your own work (e.g., drafting a meeting agenda, writing a meeting summary, or analyzing data).
- Working with files (PDF, Word, CSV) - how to upload a document to the chat and ask for a summary, analysis, or data extraction. How to "rewrite" a photo or scan into an editable document (Canvas) and export it to Word
- Search and Deep Research - how to generate reports and verify information using up-to-date data. Knowledge Cutoff - what year does the AI think it is?
- Working with voice - dictating notes and commands, transcribing meetings (Record), and preparing for conversations (Voice Mode).
- Working with images - photo analysis (OCR), screen and camera sharing, generating photos, illustrations, and designs (GPT-4o image generation), generating video (Sora).
- Working with code (for non-programmers) - creating interactive apps, charts, animations, and doing advanced data analysis (Canvas, Code Interpreter).
- Workshops (Mini-Projects):
- Upload sample documents (e.g., a PDF report, CSV data) and ask for 5 key takeaways, then generate an interactive chart based on the data.
- Ask for a research report on the latest trends in your industry, presented in Canvas format.
- Generate illustrations, photos, or other visuals useful in your work (e.g., for a presentation, article, design mockup, or even a kids' coloring page).
- Building your own assistants (GPTs) - you'll create a personalized assistant, e.g., "Task Management Expert," "Legal Advisor," or "Social Media Pro," with access to your files (RAG) and response templates. Actions and integrations (brief overview). We'll also explain the difference between an AI assistant and an AI agent.
- Personalization and Memory (Custom Instructions & Memory) - how to "teach" ChatGPT your writing style, preferences, and key information about you and your company, so every response feels tailor-made. Managing memory and accessing conversation history.
- Repeatable tasks (Tasks, Routines) - automate recurring activities (industry news roundup, article ideas) and build better work habits.
- AI Agent Mode - go beyond asking questions to delegating full projects. An AI agent can independently plan steps, use a browser and other tools, create files, and work toward a set goal.
- Organizing work with Projects - manage your chat history and search for past information.
- Workshops (Mini-Projects):
- Create a simple GPT that helps you with tasks you do frequently.
- Set up a recurring task that supports your work or habits.
- Personalize the app, adjust your privacy settings, and review your memory.
- Quick comparison with alternatives - when does it make sense to use Microsoft Copilot (Office 365 integration) or Google Gemini (Gmail/Workspace integration)? Other alternatives: Perplexity, Claude, Mixtral, Bielik, Qwen, DeepSeek.
- Trends and the future - what's coming next? AI's impact on the job market. Opportunities and risks.
- Autonomous AI Agents - OpenClaw backed by OpenAI and Meta as a fundation.
- Your next 30 days - how to effectively bring these skills into your daily work and share them with your team. An AI implementation planning template.
- Q&A and wrap-up - we gather key takeaways and answer your questions.
